I am probably more excited about this area than any other place on the site. It has long been a dream to provide the means by which those who have been “transformed” by God can gather together. I think it is increasingly important for the remnant to begin to lock arms and walk this road shoulder to shoulder. I pray you will join us.

If you want to discuss the Scriptures or the nature of God or some issue, large or small, you can do that here.

If you want to discuss vocational issues with other believers who share your vocation, you can do that as well.

If you want to discuss state or local issues with those in your area, you can also do that here.

And, if you want to join others who share your ministry passion, such as human trafficking or poverty or adoption, etc., we will provide a place here for you to do that.

If you want to join us in doing research on the key social issues and the social systems, we are going to provide a place for you do to that here. We want to not only provide the means for believers to gather together from all over the world, but we want to establish a place where you can go to get the very latest research, statistics, data and serious, well-though articles on the issues of our day. We want to do this so that you will be better equipped to engage your neighbors and the culture around you.

When Jesus was praying to His Father in John 17, He repeated His plea and desire that we, His children, would be one…that we would be united in such a way that the world would know that He was the Son of God. Jesus commanded that we were to love one another. Increasingly, we are not only isolated in the world, but we are isolated in our churches. I pray that may change some day. But in the meantime, we are praying that the Lord will use this place to be a testimony to the oneness that we have in Christ as believers from all over the world and from different stripes and flavors, will find a community of close fellowship and equipping here.

We are not trying to build a “church” and we are not trying to build a “ministry” or an organization.

We are praying and hoping that the Lord will allow us to provide the means by which serious believers can come together for that which they may not be able to get in their churches.

Some of you are from some very, very hard places in the world. May you find edification, equipping, and some fellowship, though it be long-distance, that will bring forth the Fruit in your life that God has filled you with His Spirit to produce.

So, I hope you will join us in the Kataluma/Portico. We will be asking a lot of questions about you for the sole purpose of allowing us to do the best job we can of keeping you updated on things that pertain to your interests and where you live.
